• combines easily and dissolves almost instantly

• larger 25kg sack icing sugar also available for busier bakers
• colour with Sugarflair paste colourings or Blossom Tint powder colours
• if cake is to be left for 1-2 weeks before cutting, add 1 teaspoon glycerine per 500g sugar
• SAFETY FIRST - powdered sugar is flammable - use and store away from naked flames as it's the superfine powdered dust that can cause the hazard
• BBE date at least 3-4 months - normally much longer
• ingredients: icing sugar, ant-caking agent tricalcium phosphate
