- Sugarcel brand name Gum Trag substitute
- fine edible powder which is used much in the same way as pure Gum Tragacanth - add to sugarpaste to create a tough modelling paste which can be rolled very thin and sets hard, ideal for sugar flowers etc
- can also be added to royal icing along with vegetable fat to create a more pliable flower paste
- approx 14 g nett
