• Karen's sugarpaste does not dry too firm - ideal as a cupcake topping
• suitable for both covering and modelling, and perfect for use with moulds
• add a teaspoon of Tylo Powder or Gum Tragacanth per 250g icing to create a modelling paste
• 1 kg (1000g) = approx 2.2lb
• best before date at least 2-3 months - normally much (much!) longer

• ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), glycerol E422, emulsifier E471, stabiliser E322 (Lecithin), thickener E466 (Carboxy-methylcellulose), flavour (vanilla),  invertase E1103
• there's not a great deal we can do with prices but (1) we'll always do our best to make sure Cake Stuff customers pay the best prices in the UK, and (2) we've shown the proper RRP so savings look small - you'll notice many of our competitors sell for much more than the official RRP so, compared to them, our prices are very competitive indeed
• ALLERGY ADVICE & RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCE: suitable for vegetarians - gluten free - lactose free - milk free - egg free; E422 is a natural carbohydrate alcohol but some religious groups may still prefer to avoid glycerol as it is (strictly speaking) still alcohol; E471 fatty acid may be either plant or animal derived so, potentially, traces of pork fat may be present (this is standard for all E471); the Lecithin (E322) is derived from soy and not from egg yolks so is suitable for vegetarians; produced and stored in a facility which also handles marzipan, so there is always a small risk of nut traces being present
