How quickly can I get an order?
Delivery timescales depend on your delivery country / address and weight of order. You will be offered a range of delivery options at checkout. For UK mainland customers, Standard Shipping means delivery within 3-4 working days at most and Express Shipping means you can normally have your order next working day. How do I order?
Cake Stuff is a completely on-line business - all orders must be placed on our website. The website will automatically re-size to suit the device you are using, so it looks just as good on a mobile or tablet as it does on a laptop or PC
How much does delivery cost?
ur website automatically calculates the delivery cost of each order based on size / weight / value of your order, your delivery address and the speed of delivery you require
Royal Mail delivery to all parts of the UK starts at £4.50. UK mainland courier deliveries for heavier orders are normally £6.95 and are free of charge on orders of £75 or more. Cake Stuff do not charge any more for delivering to customers in 'remote' areas of the UK mainland. Subsidised delivery is offered for Northern Ireland and offshore addresses. How do I pay safely?
We recommend you pay by debit or credit card. All card payments are processed by Sage Pay, one of the world's most secure on-line payment providers so your payments are totally secure, protected and guaranteed by your bank or card issuer
We also accept payment by PayPal Express - an extremely fast and easy way to pay. PayPal store all the delivery addresses you have ever used and, occasionally, may overwrite the address you supply with one of these stored addresses. PayPal can also initiate a 'Payment Review' at any time for any reason and this will delay your payment reaching us, so will delay the despatch of your order. These are PayPal issues and not something Cake Stuff can do anything about. We always advise customers to log into their PayPal accounts and delete any old addresses - or to pay by card instead
What is a credit in my Cake Stuff account e-wallet and how to I use it?
Your Cake Stuff account has an 'e-wallet' facility - this is the fastest way to deal with all sorts of small adjustments, refunds and credits and allows us to accept and process returns quickly, even from Trade customers (who have no automatic right to return products). Any credits issued are paid into your e-wallet and you can use the balance at any time to pay for an order, or part of an order. Log in and order as normal. When you reach checkout choose the PAY BY CARD option and on the next page you'll see a little pink box asking if you'd like to use the £xxx balance in your e-wallet - click and the site will automatically use this as part-payment for your order, even if you're paying by PayPal

Cake Stuff is a completely on-line business - all orders must be placed on our website. There is no facility to look around or buy from Cake Stuff HQ in person. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more details
Do you deliver worldwide?
Cake Stuff can deliver smaller, lighter items worldwide via Royal Mail International Air Mail, subject to restrictions on weight, size and prohibited items. We can also deliver larger, heavier orders by road courier to most European countries (excluding islands)
We can also deliver to the Republic of Ireland by courier for the same cost as delivering to Northern Ireland
We deliver to many parts of the world but we cannot deliver to countries suffering war or civil unrest, or where there the necessary delivery infrastructure is not present. Delivery costs are calculated automatically and will be shown at checkout. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more details
