To help you find the product you're looking for easily, we have split the Edibles department into various smaller departments: sugarpaste ready to roll fondant icing, icing colouring, flavouring, cake mixes, isomalt, chocolate & candy, essential edibles and so on. We have then split these into specific sub-departments: liquid colourings, metallic colourings, paste / gel colourings etc

Cake Stuff will continue to add more specialist edible products over time and in response to customer requests, so please let us know if there is something you think we should be stocking

All Cake Stuff edibles meet and exceed the appropriate EU regulations.  Please note all the information we have provided in the Product Details tab on each page - we always include ingredients and BBE date advice, and we always try to include additional guidance for allergy sufferers and religious observance.  However, Cake Stuff must point out that all products could contain traces of nuts due to be stored and handled in an environment where marzipan and other nut products are present

BBE (Best Before End) dates are given for guidance only and, as a general rule, Cake Stuff will offer a minimum BBE date on edible products of 2 months, apart from coloured sugarpaste - as Renshaw move towards using natural colours and lower parts-per-million (PPM) colour concentrations, BBE dates are shorter on freshly produced Regalice than in the past - BBE dates also vary with colour, so could be anything from 2 months to 12 months - as a general rule, all our stock will have BBE dates of at least one full month on top of the month we are currently in.

Please remember a BBE date is not the same as a sell-by or use-by date - it is purely for guidance - the vast majority of products being perfectly useable for some time after the BBE date.

Cake Stuff offer a range of specialist edible products widely used within the bakery industry.  These same products are available to all Cake Stuff customers but our advice is not to buy large quantities of products you may not be familiar with as we cannot accept the return of, for example, a cake mix because you can't get it to work very well (!)

Cake Stuff do not accept the return of any edible products unless supplied incorrectly or damaged.  When you order an edible product from Cake Stuff you can do so in the complete confidence that it has only ever been stored by the manufacturer and Cake Stuff.  This policy ensures Food Safety is never compromised.  If we were to allow the return of edible products we would have no control over how these products were stored - not everyone's house is as clean as we like our own - edible products could be stored somewhere unhygienic, next to the dog's food bowl or in the boot of a car exposed to oil etc.  Put simply, Cake Stuff will not take risks with Food Safety so we will not re-sell any product returned by a customer.  For this reason we can only accept returns where there is a recognised problem with the order or product.  Our Food Safety policy protects your safety, the safety of you children or your own customers, so we would ask your understanding.
