Please note Professional Regalice is not the same product as cheaper quality brands (or even cheaper Supercook "Regalice") sold in supermarkets. Professional Regalice is a top quality sugarpaste icing with excellent covering properties, providing a professional finish without being too sticky to work with or liable to crack as easily as cheaper brands.
For busier cake makers, cake-stuff.com recommends Premium Sugarpaste and Covapaste . . . our Premium Sugarpaste is produced by Renshaw, labelled as "Renshaw Covering Paste" or sometimes as an own-brand sugarpaste for a bakery supplies co-operative. This sugarpaste is available in white and ivory in 2.5kg and 5kg (2 x 2.5kg packs) trade packs, offering great quality and fantastic value for money.
In response to customer requests, we are also happy to offer Covapaste, a pliable sugarpaste with an attractive vanilla aroma and flavour. Covapaste is supplied in 2.5kg packs and 5kg boxes (containing 2 x 2.5kg packs). Covapaste has an excellent reputation and is used extensively by professional cake decorators for its pliability and extra-smooth finish. It's also one of the best tasting sugarpastes on the market. Because of the similarity in names, please don't get confused between Covering Paste and Covapaste as we cannot accept the return of edible items if you buy the wrong one . . . Covering Paste is made by Renshaw and is our best-selling sugarpaste, Covapaste is the softer, vanilla flavoured sugarpaste. If any ANY doubt - try our sample pack first.
Best before date will be at least 3-6 months from date of purchase and normally much, much longer. If a longer BBE date is crucial, please contact us in advance of ordering and, stock permitting, we will do our best to oblige.

Please remember colours shown on this site are limited by photography and shades may appear to vary on different PC monitors. Sugarpaste is produced in a factory which also produces marzipan, so there is always a small risk of nut traces being present.
Easy to use . . . if stored somewhere cool, allow sugarpaste to warm to room temperature, then simply knead the sugarpaste to improve elasticity, roll to desired size (normally around quarter-inch thickness) using icing sugar to dust your board / working surface and rollin pin . . . never use flour to dust as this can ferment. Place over cake (for best results cover cake in marzipan first) using apricot jam or cream and gently work out air bubbles and "polish", using more icing sugar if required, to a perfectly smooth finish.
