Sugarcel is a brand name used for a fine edible powder which is used much in the same way as pure Gum Tragacanth. Can be added to sugarpaste to create a tough modelling paste which can be rolled very thin and sets hard, ideal for sugar flowers etc.
Can also be added to royal icing along with vegetable fat to create a more pliable flower paste.
BBE 12-18 months at least, often even longer. Suitable for vegetarians.
