Magic Sparkles are totally edible, incredibly thin flakes which can be sprinkled on to cakes and catch the light for a breathtaking effect.
Snow is the best seller, adding amazing holographic detail to all celebration cakes with the flakes catching the light and breaking it into a million tiny rainbows . . . think sparkling frost on Christmas cakes!
Sprinkle on to icing or apply more precisely using a little edible glue or confectioners' glaze but please note not water, as the flakes are soluble. Mix with other colours for an infinite range of shades or grind to create an even finer edible glitter dust.
