A brand new addition to the Rainbow Dust range, Edible Confetti is, as the name suggests, 100% edible confetti / glitter cut by laser to give amazingly accurate shapes with a lovely irridescent finish.
Unlike cheaper versions, the little sugar shapes do not instantly dissolve on contact with water, so they can be applied individually with a damp brush for detailed modelling work. They can also be sprinkled over cakes, desserts etc. and you can even use them to create really glamourous cocktails!
We honestly cannot recommend these enough. Brand new for 2009 and already taking the cake decorating press by storm.
