If you've never used Meri-white before, you're about to be converted - Meri-white is a dried albumen mix which ensures professional quality meringues and royal icing without the time and expense of having to crack eggs. Instructions supplied.

Ingredients: starch, dried albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators, dextrose, lactic acid, tartaric acid, stabiliser (Guar gum).
