A fantastic "stand by" product for any baker - and especially anyone who makes cupcakes. Always have a pail at hand for last-minute orders, for when you run out of butter, or even just to help out when you're really busy. Many customers have already been converted and use it all the time now! :o)
OK, so no ready-made icing is ever going to be as good as proper, home-made buttercream - we know that. "Light & Fluffy" is the industry leader - ready to use straight from the pail, a really good white icing which can be coloured and flavoured as desired. It's lightly aerated to give a really light texture and has a lovely vanilla flavour - reminds us slightly of marshmallows. Mmmmmmmmm!
It's difficult to estimate but an 8kg pail is pretty large and we reckon you'd get 200-300 fairly generous cupcakes' worth from a pail. Can also be used for general cake decorating, piping, for sponge sandwich filling and also as a filling for doughnuts etc.
Good BBE dates (normally 3-4 months at least) so always worth having a pail to hand.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, water, glucose, cornflour, eumuslifiers E471 & E435, flavouring, salt, preservative E202, stabiliser E412, acidity regulator E338.
