Our Gum Arabic is a super-fine grade of edible powder form of a natural gum. Used to make a natural edible adhesive, thickener and glaze. Traditionally used as the edible adhesive on postage stamps.
Gum Arabic can be added to sugarpaste to create a more flexible modelling paste than created using Gum Tragacanth or can be mixed with water to create an edible glue or glaze.
BBE 12-18 months at least, often even longer.
