Made from strong food-approved plastic. Part of a range of Broderie Anglaise frill and eyelet cutters. For use with any of the PME eyelet cutter sets (sold separately). Retail packed with instructions.
Approx 12.5cm long by 4.5cm at deepest points of frill.
For best results, use with a Jem Petal Pad and a ball tool to remove paste easily.
