A top quality "complete" cake mix . . . ie just add water. Farmhouse is a great favourite within the industry as it is a lightly spiced mix, ideal for adding fruit to. We have a number of trade customers who use this as a base mix for rich fruit celebration cake, adding treacle to darken the mix if required. Denser bake means fruit doesn't sink so easily. Also great for carrot cake.
