Edible Confetti is, as the name suggests, 100% edible confetti glitter cut by laser to give accurate shapes with a lovely irridescent finish. Each star approx 3mm across.
Unlike cheaper versions, the little sugar stars do not instantly dissolve on contact with water, so can be applied individually with a damp brush, sprinkled over cakes, desserts etc. and you can even use them to create really glamourous cocktails!
