- a smooth, dry surface gives best results
- 2.5mm nib for general work and 0.5mm nib for fine detail
- latest edible ink technology - 100% edible icing / food colouring
- BBE normally at least 3-4 months, often much longer
- ingredients: water, glycerine, ethanol, colours: E131, E102*
