ORDERING TIMES: we do not carry large stocks of bulk edible supplies but order these items for our customers from specialist importers. Please allow up to 14 days delivery and check with us first before including them in an Express Shipping order.
POSTAGE & PACKING RATES: please pay particular attention to the shipping option you choose at checkout. We ship by APC Carriers within the UK mainland and by Royal Mail Standard Parcels to customers on Scottish Islands, in Northern Ireland, on the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and with a BFPO address. When we physically ship your order we always try to negotiate the best rate possible for that weight - if we can ship for less than you've been charged at checkout we'll send a cash refund with your order. Now we can't say fairer than that - can we?
NON UK CUSTOMERS: none of these products can be shipped outside the UK so please don't order unless you have a UK delivery address.
SMALLER PACKS: please note at the moment we can only offer these quality dried fruits and nuts in full boxes, but we're looking at the possibility of offering smaller packs later this year. However the costs involved in safe, hygienic packaging mean prices for full boxes will remain by far the most competitive.
