100% pony hair (don't panic - no ponies were harmed in the making of these brushes) with varnished wooden handle and aluminium ferrule. Bristles are normally waxed when new to maintain shape. Work equally well for dusting colourings, liquids and pastes. Also good for edible glue as the varnished wooden handle stands up to regular cleaning.
