Professional CAKE SLICING KNIFE by Ateco (USA)
Excellent quality cake knife from our friends at Ateco . . . virtually identical to PME and other brands with 14" (353mm) Japanese surgical quality stainless steel, which is approx 1¼" wide with gentle curved serration on one edge which is perfect for cutting even delicate sponge cake with the minium of tearing. If cutting rich fruit cake, we recommend wiping the blade with hot water between each cut for absolute best results.
Curved safety point. Black ABS handle - dishwasher safe. Overall length approx 19½"-20".
