Probably the best sugarpaste you can buy, as used by virtually every professional cake maker, chef and top sugarcrafter. Regalice has excellent covering properties, providing a professional finish without being too sticky to work with or liable to crack as often as cheaper brands. Can be moulded and shaped for fantastic novelty cake decoration.
NEW RECIPE . . . Renshaw have reformulated some colours of Regalice to bring them in line with new EU legislation regarding certain colourings. Unfortunately this has had the effect of "dulling" the shades a little but Regalice remains the best sugarpaste available and it's reassuring to know the colours are considered totally safe and bang up-to-date with the latest advice.
Best before date will be at least 2-3 months from date of purchase and normally much, much longer. If a longer BBE date is crucial, please contact us in advance of ordering and, stock permitting, we will do our best to oblige. Regalice is produced in a factory which also produces marzipan, so there is always a small risk of nut traces being present. Regalice is suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, added water, glycerine, emulsifier E471, acidity regulators E260 and E262, stabliliser E413, flavouring, colours E104 and E110.
