Wilton© 4½" CRANKED (offset) PALETTE KNIFE
Professional quality Wilton 4½" (11cm) long by ¾" wide CRANKED / OFFSET stainless steel blade, with rosewood handle and brass rivets. 8" (20cm) overall.
Described by Wilton as 8" knife but, to avoid any confusion with customers thinking they're ordering a much bigger knife, we prefer to use the British convention of measuring the blade only.
