Professional quality Wilton 4¼" (10cm) long by ¾" wide FLAT stainless steel blade, with rosewood handle and brass rivets. 8" (20cm) overall.
Described by Wilton as 8" spatula / knife but, to avoid any confusion with customers thinking they're ordering a much bigger knife, we prefer to use the British convention of measuring the blade only.
