Exactly the same quality as the rosewood handled knife, but the "Ultra" range has resin handles so they're dishwasher safe!
Please note USA measuring tradition is to measure the entire length of the blade, whereas here in the UK we tend to measure from the crank to the end of the blade. We mention this to avoid any confusion for customers who have seen Ateco product descriptions elsewhere as the differences in these quoted blade length become more noticeable with larger knives.
